Phillip lives in the Metropolitan area in Indiana with his wife Cindy of 56 years of marriage and 4 adult children, Chauntelle, Lisa, Matthieu and Andrea and currently has 10 grandchildren. Phillip enjoys coaching High School Volleyball, woodworking, riding his Harley, traveling and giving back to his family and community.

Amy recently joined our team as Office Manager, she has an associate and a bachelor’s degree from Huntington University in Organizational Management. With over 30 years of experience in Customer Service and Organizational Management, she will be focused on providing outstanding Customer Support and creating Synergy throughout our office.
Amy lives in Indiana with her son Austin and several feline friends. When she is not busy working, She enjoys spending time with family and being in Nature. She is passionate about advocating for animals and helping any that are in need.

As a young college student, Lainey's continuing to grow her knowledge of the business world as she leads with a passion for helping others, while also bringing uniqueness and individuality to her work and ongoing career. Lainey currently attends a local university and has spent her whole life in a small town in Northern Indiana. Growing up on a farm as the oldest of 4 children, she has never been afraid of getting her hands dirty and learning new things. Lainey enjoys art, design, spending time with her family, and you can always find her wearing a smile everywhere she goes.
As a young adult, Lainey is still pursuing her philosophy. With continuing education and a passion for many things in life, she knows without a doubt she wants to make a difference in others' lives through her work.
